woooo!!! i am blogging... rarity... let's see who reads this... leave me a msg! =) so apparently i have learn-ed that my girlfriends back in Singapore are all getting engaged... so a big fat congrats to all you lucky girls!!!!!!! i'm really really happy for the 3 of you!!!!! now please just remember to include your dearest in your wedding!!! *your hear you hear?!?!* then, i was looking through friendster...i sometime wish that I had stayed for college...life just seems so much more at ease, so much fun back in asia....More comfy, more relaxed, more of the wholesome fun! I wonder when I can get those times back... life here is good I'd say...very very smooth-sailing....but it's just different...it's like growing up too fast....becoming an adult too early. my typical weekend is spent running errands...WHO runs errands at this age back in Asia?!?!?! It'll be wal-mart, target, followed by a chinese supermarket...who buys groceries back at home? And coming back to do the laundry, empty the trash, get the mail, clean up the house....ARGHHHHHhh.. the routine of living a life on your own...one consolation is that the boy is sharing my growing up pains....will be so fed up with life without him around... Maybe I'll let my kids leech off me till they're 40, spare them the misery of becoming an adult. And kick them out once they turn 41. In other news, I am doing well in school, about to take the PhD candidacy exam...at least 3 months of torture ahead. Then I'll think about going home and relax......and never come back? muahahahha... |
